Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sub Agent Assistant located in Wildwood, FL, with some work from home. The Sub Agent Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, supporting customer service activities, conducting research, and assisting with training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, updating databases, handling customer inquiries, and enrolling clients in health and/or medicare plans, life insurance, and supplemental insurance.
