Position: Financial Analyst (Entry Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Scottsdale. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with senior bankers and clients in a collaborative environment that rewards initiative and drive.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting active M&A transactions and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting M&A transactions through financial modeling, marketing materials, and analysis
• Analyzing business performance, investment opportunities, and market trends
• Preparing pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), client presentations, and internal briefing materials
• Participating in client meetings and select travel engagements

Who You Are

• 0-2 years of professional experience (preferably in finance, consulting, or a related field) and relevant internship experience
• Strong financial aptitude and genuine interest in M&A and capital markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with financial modeling and using data to develop actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Prior investment banking or consulting experience is a plus
