Cannabis Trimmer
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience, speed, and quality)
Job Description:
Trimmers are responsible for hand-trimming cannabis flower that has been processed through trim
machines. The role demands attention to detail and speed, with a daily expectation of trimming at
least 0.5 pounds of cannabis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hand-trim cannabis flower with attention to detail and consistency
- Maintain trim quotas and quality standards
- Sort trimmed flower into appropriate categories (e.g., A bud, smalls)
- Keep trimming station clean and sanitized General Job Duties:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Follow safety protocols and cannabis compliance regulations
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Assist other departments or areas when needed
- Complete logs or checklists accurately
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
- Report issues related to equipment, product quality, or compliance promptly
- Adhere to confidentiality and facility security standards
