Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Training Specialist III for a hybrid role in Mettawa, IL. This is a full-time, 6-month W2 contract opportunity.

Join our client's team as a dynamic National Training Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their field sales organization. This position is dedicated to designing and delivering innovative training solutions that align with brand strategies and enhance the performance of sales professionals.

Training Specialist III Responsibilities:

• Design and Delivery: Create and implement effective learning solutions that boost participant credibility and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
• Performance Coaching: Provide insightful feedback and coaching to training participants, fostering awareness of strengths and areas for improvement.
• Adaptability: Tailor coaching and training methods to suit individual participant needs, enhancing their learning experience.
• Trainer Development: Mentor Rotational and Guest Trainers, offering one-on-one coaching and performance feedback to enrich their roles.
• Strategic Integration: Seamlessly incorporate training activities into brand team business plans, leveraging your expertise in product and disease-state knowledge.

Training Specialist III Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
• Proven project management skills and ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
• Strong sales track record with a deep understanding of commercial success drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse individuals across management levels to align training with business strategies.
• Experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer (preferred).
