Position Title: Total Teen Takeover Supervisor

Reports to: Regional Teen Director
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr (depending on experience)
Hours & Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm, Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm (32 hours/week)
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position supervises Teen Youth Development Professional team members. Responsibilities include:
Work environment:
Fast-paced youth development environment serving teenagers ages 13-18. Work involves both indoor and outdoor settings, interaction with diverse populations, and coordination between multiple program sites. Environment requires flexibility, strong leadership presence, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Travel required:
Regular local travel required between Albany and Troy Clubhouse locations. Occasional travel for training, conferences, or community events as needed.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal : Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions, instruct, and advise/counsel
External : Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems and building community partnerships
