Position Overview

We’re hiring full-time Installation & Service Technicians to join the field team in Charleston, Greenville, and Columbia. This is a hands-on role that involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial doors, dock equipment, and access control systems at customer facilities. Some days will focus on mechanical installations; others will involve electrical troubleshooting or control system repairs. You’ll be working in a team environment, representing a company known for quality and dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial door systems, dock equipment, and access controls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components and perform routine maintenance
• Follow technical drawings, work orders, and job site safety protocols
• Maintain clean, organized tools and job documentation
• Work directly with customers and teammates to complete projects professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with door and dock systems is a plus
• Candidates from HVAC, electrical, welding, or industrial maintenance backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with power tools
• Physical capability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional attitude and ability to work well in the field as part of a team
