As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition HR Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in identifying and securing top-tier talent that drives our business forward.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition HR Specialist will lead and execute full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across the organization, with a primary focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates in the luxury retail, corporate, and supply chain spaces. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a passion for building strong relationships, enhancing employer branding, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. In addition to recruitment, this individual will support key HR initiatives including onboarding, HR systems maintenance, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate brings 3 - 5 years of focused recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from intake to offer.
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and post positions across internal and external platforms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Source candidates using a mix of strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including reference checks and salary negotiation, in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding by coordinating pre-employment activities and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to prepare onboarding schedules and welcome materials.

HR Systems & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other HR systems.
  • Support reporting needs related to recruiting activity and workforce planning.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment policies, templates, and job description libraries.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing:

  • Represent MadaLuxe at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking meetups as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding efforts across digital channels.
  • Help develop content and initiatives to engage passive candidates and promote company culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or luxury retail or wholesale environment.
  • Proven ability to attract and assess top talent across a range of disciplines.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools – expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter tools is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices related to hiring.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ADP TotalSource
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience supporting recruiting for high-growth or multi-brand companies
