Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work for our client in Tempe, AZ.

Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

6-month Contract role

Location: ONSITE in Tempe, AZ

In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping data-driven decisions, improving efficiency across the supply chain network, and contributing to high-impact projects with key business stakeholders. You’ll build and manage analytical models, support internal reporting, and streamline operations through continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize capacity planning processes to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Design data-backed solutions for complex and fast-paced supply chain network.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation for training and reference.
• Build and manage advanced data models using SQL and Excel .
• Create dashboards and visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the data analytics team to enable self-service data capabilities.
• Provide daily operational support for the business team from 9am–5pm.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in an analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL , Microsoft Excel , and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau , QuickSight ).
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in math and logic.
• Understanding of systems and configuration management.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Python and basic statistics.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or warehousing environments.
