About Us
We’re a multi-unit, sales-driven organization supporting everything from field service technicians to warehouse teams to drivers. Safety is not just a compliance box for us—it’s a value we live every day to protect our people and our customers.
We’re looking for a Senior Safety Specialist who is both technically skilled and highly consultative, ready to partner with our Safety Manager and business units to strengthen our safety culture and performance.
Partner with 4–5 business units to assess safety risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation.
Maintain OSHA 300 logs and lead related reporting requirements.
Conduct hazard assessments for roles including field installers, warehouse/shipping staff, and non-DOT drivers.
Lead and deliver engaging safety training: lockout/tagout, fall protection, back safety, ladder safety, and more.
Complete first reports of injury, lead incident investigations, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Recommend and support ergonomic and equipment improvements to reduce risk.
Serve as a trusted safety advisor, building strong relationships with employees, supervisors, and leadership.
Assist in completing third-party safety and compliance questionnaires (e.g., Avetta, PICS, ISNetworld) to ensure accurate, timely submissions and maintain good standing with customer and vendor safety requirements.
Required: 3+ years of safety experience. OSHA 30 General Industry certification.
Preferred: Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE) or equivalent advanced safety credential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to influence without authority.
Experience delivering safety training in both classroom and hands-on environments.
Familiarity with industrial equipment safety, field service safety practices, and warehouse operations.
Comfortable working with online compliance platforms and documentation for third-party safety programs.
Competitive salary $70K–$90K/year based on experience and credentials.
Competitive benefits package including day-1 coverage for health, dental, and vision. 401 (k) with match. Generous paid time off.
Chance to make a real impact in a company that values safety as a core part of its success.
Work across a variety of environments—no two days are alike.
Support from an established Safety Manager, with room to grow your own expertise and influence.
Ready to bring your safety expertise to a team that listens and acts? Apply today and help us make safety a shared success across every corner of our business.
