Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead Product Manager to head a team of four Product Managers focused on predictive analytics and data-driven solutions. This team’s mission goes beyond traditional reporting — we build forward-thinking, insight-driven products that empower internal business partners to make proactive decisions with confidence.

You'll oversee a portfolio of innovative ML, LLM-based models, and read-only data applications that solve real business problems — not just report on them. We’re not historians of data — we’re solution architects. If you're passionate about building data products that tell people what to do next, not just what happened, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 Product Managers, each managing 2–3 data products across analytics, machine learning, and embedded data tools
• Champion a predictive mindset, guiding the team and stakeholders to move beyond historical reporting to actionable, forward-looking insights
• Partner closely with internal business customers to identify problems, conduct deep dives, and uncover opportunities for predictive modeling and intelligent data products
• Translate business challenges into strategic product roadmaps, then decompose those into well-defined user stories in collaboration with DS, BI, Data Engineering, and QA teams
• Serve as the face of the team for incoming business requests, providing strategic consultation and solution-oriented leadership
• Occasionally manage a product directly when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role
• Build and maintain both short- and long-term roadmaps, ensuring effective prioritization, delivery, and evolution of products
• Drive Agile best practices across the team — planning, ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint execution, etc.
• Measure success using clear product KPIs — champion data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
• Collaborate across the D&A organization, including development, QA, and production support to bring products from ideation to stable operation
