Scheduling Coordinator – Oncology Clinic

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM + rotating weekend day every 3 weeks

Join our compassionate Oncology Clinic team as a Scheduling Coordinator. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating visits, chemotherapy, infusions, and procedures while ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Greet/check in patients for appointments and procedures
• Schedule office visits, chemotherapy, and infusion sessions using EPIC
• Answer calls and provide telephonic scheduling support
• Manage the clinic in-basket and route messages to providers
• Once trained: schedule imaging, scans, hospital admissions, and other complex appointments

What to Expect

• High-volume clinic (20+ patients/day )
• Build relationships with returning patients
• Work with a positive, team-oriented group
• Receive full training from experienced leads

Must-Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years healthcare/admin experience
• EPIC experience

Nice-to-Have

• Prior scheduling experience
• Oncology or specialty care background
