SAP PP Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Seniority in SAP PP environment with +15+ years of experience
• Good communication skills (English in particular)
• Americas time zone availability
• Client facing
• Critical thinking
• Ability to challenge, defend and propose solutions to business stakeholders
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas and propose SAP solutions through Process flows, PPTs, etc…
• Ownership and accountability (team player)
• Participate and provide feedback to Baxter ERP SME
• Provide guidance to business and project resources
• Knowledge of Rapid Response (not needed but desirable)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Technical discussions with key stakeholders
• Interaction with Technical SMEs
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication, lead team, etc.
• Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP Pricing support, SAP solution architecture in Pricing area.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP applications in the Pricing area by resolving
change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
• Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide
satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
• Responsible for implementing procedures and standards to improve operational efficiency,
monitor compliance, and mitigate risks to achieve team results
• Configuration and documentation of new design.
• Develop proof of concept business processes.
• Support change and release management
• processes for SAP application.
• Support test processes and user training for SAP
• Pricing business process area.
• Status update to customer and TCS Management
• Offshore co-ordination
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
