JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager and to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, account enrichment, and project management. This role will be responsible for leading the account enrichment process for the outbound team, identifying new potential accounts and contacts, creating reports, generating leads, and working closely with the sales manager to support the team and to ensure successful and flawless sales process..

Responsibilities:

·Lead the account enrichment process to identify new leads and opportunities for the sales team

·Create and maintain reports on sales performance, account activity, and other key metrics

·Create task and work with the Enterprise Engineering support team to ensure successful task completion

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth

·Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

·Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales operations and data analysis

·Provide training and guidance to the sales team on SFDC and other tools as needed

·Work closely with the sales manager to identity opportunities to improve the sales process, create an action plan and execute

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or project management

·Strong knowledge of SFDC, reporting, data visualization and other sales tools

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

·Must work from customers office 4 days a week in NYC

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $68000

Pay Range Maximum: $139700

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
