Job Description

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator collaborates with the sales team to ensure completion of the day-to-day staffing activities for established accounts. The Sales Coordinator serves as the facilitator of the placement process for the account(s), which may include creation of the job posting, interview scheduling, client debrief, and interview feedback. The Sales Coordinator interacts with corporate and client functions (including payroll, onboarding, and accounts receivable) to resolve issues or concerns.

As a vital part of our daily business your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts; collaborates with Sales Manager/Director to provide support to maintain and/or grow accounts.
  • Identifies and discusses hiring initiatives with Sales Manager/Director, gaining an understanding of the client’s business and desired outcomes.
  • The Sales Coordinator should be continuously alert and responsive to changing business and environmental needs.
  • Facilitates the placement process for the account(s), which may include creation of job posting, interview scheduling, client debrief, and interview feedback.
  • Ensures candidate activity in the Vendor Management System (VMS) is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations and client and CSI guidelines.
  • Provides reporting to demonstrate successes of roles in the Vendor Management System, (VMS).
  • Interacts with corporate and client functions (including payroll, onboarding, and accounts receivable) to ensure start date targets are met and to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Provides recruiting metric reporting to sales leadership team.
  • Aligns with CSI’s and clients’ diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Continues professional development to enhance understanding of industry methods and effective recruiting/sourcing strategies.
  • Assists Sales Manager in support of administrative functions
  • Adaptable to changes in business priorities
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Skills/Proficiencies

  • Most of the responsibilities of this role are trainable, but an intermediate to high level of proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is highly desired.
  • People successful in this role must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong grammar, writing skills and comfortability speaking to consultants on phones.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Experience in a fast paced, efficiency focused environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree- preferred
