Job Title: General Manager – Food Court

Reports To: Director of Campus Dining / Ownership
Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a 10,000-square-foot food court located on a vibrant Boston college campus. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to create an engaging, efficient, and profitable dining experience for students, faculty, and visitors. The General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, fostering vendor relationships, and leading a dynamic front- and back-of-house team.
