Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a 400K SF commercial office/medical park in Northeast Charlotte, with oversight of a 200K SF industrial building as well. This role is on-site and offers the chance to step into a high-impact position with growth potential into a regional leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Full financial and operational oversight, including budgeting, reporting, and vendor management.
• Tenant relations and leasing
• Construction management — bid and track projects, partner with preferred contractors, oversee delivery of TI projects
• Lead and develop on-site staff

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of property management experience (commercial office, medical or industrial required; multifamily only experience not a fit).
• Strong financial acumen and construction management exposure.
• Yardi software experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85K–$110K base salary
• 15% target annual bonus (based on personal + property performance)
• 3% 401(k) match plus a rare and lucrative 7% pension plan company contribution

This is an in-office role (5 days/week) based at the management office in the property park.
