We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence (GD&I COE). In this critical role, you’ll support the execution of a centralized funding model for Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and manage the broader GD&I COE budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about operational excellence and inclusive workplace strategies. You’ll collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless procurement, budgeting, and program management that directly supports our global D&I initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Lead planning, scheduling, and reconciliation of monthly EBRG and GD&I COE spending
• Coordinate and track virtual card expenses, receipts, and reporting for EBRG initiatives
• Manage communications with stakeholders through email updates and team presentations
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including POs, invoices, vendor management, and check requests
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance and timely execution of financial tasks
• Serve as a resource for EBRG teams and vendors regarding procurement and budget-related inquiries
• Analyze data and conduct detail-oriented reviews to support budgeting and decision-making
• Maintain organized tracking systems for funding usage, vendor status, and internal documentation
• Support continuous improvement of financial systems and processes within the GD&I COE
• Ensure smooth operations across multiple concurrent administrative tasks and priorities
Education
• High School diploma required
Experience
• Previous experience as a program administrator or project manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement and financial systems and processes
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, agility, and responsiveness
• Experience with mobile apps is a plus

• Hybrid role from Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA
• Part time role, 24 hours a week
