Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Manage a queue of appraisal order requests efficiently and accurately.
• Review loan criteria and supporting documents in our Loan Originating System to order appraisals.
• Oversee a queue of credit requests, ensuring timely processing.
• Analyze loan criteria and supporting documents to order or update credit information.

Qualifications:

• Availability from 10am-7pm, Monday through Friday, with in-office presence at our Easton location.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
