Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a growing independent insurance agency to find a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Kewaskum

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines business, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Work closely with producers to retain clients and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to process changes, quote coverage, and resolve billing or policy issues
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an independent agency setting
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency with insurance systems (Applied Epic experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a client-first attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
