MEDITECH Expanse Pathology Lab Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a Pathology Lab Analyst with experience in the MEDITECH Expanse Lab module . The ideal candidate has a background in laboratory operations (pathology, histology, or clinical lab support) and understands specimen tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization. This remote role focuses on system build, configuration, and support to improve lab efficiency and patient care.

Key Highlights:

• Configure, optimize, and support the Pathology (PATH) module within MEDITECH Expanse.
• Collaborate with lab staff, pathologists, and IT to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot, test, and validate system updates while supporting training and go-live activities.
• Develop documentation, reporting tools, and dashboards to track lab performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Hands-on experience with MEDITECH Expanse Lab (PATH preferred) .
• Background in pathology, histology, or clinical laboratory operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with other LIS/EHR platforms (Epic Beaker, Cerner PathNet, Sunquest, Orchard).
• Prior involvement in lab system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations.
• Exposure to user training, go-live support, or change management.
