Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time remote Intake Specialist based in Colorado. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families starting their journey with us. You’ll handle the client intake process from start to finish—ensuring everything runs smoothly, compassionately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with families and gather required documentation
• Accurately enter client information into internal systems
• Maintain confidential records and ensure documentation is complete
• Coordinate with insurance providers and assist with some authorizations
• Deliver warm, welcoming customer service throughout the intake process
• Collaborate with the clinical and admin teams
• Support with office tasks, outreach efforts, and event planning

Qualifications

• A warm, bubbly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior ABA experience is highly preferred
• Strong background in client intake and insurance processes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
