Propulsion Engineer - Help Build the Future of Flight 🚀

I'm excited to share that I've partnered with a pioneering aerospace company that's transforming how we connect and observe our world, from the stratosphere .

We're looking for a Propulsion Engineer ready to work on next-gen aerospace platforms that are reimagining connectivity, Earth observation, and climate monitoring, all from the stratosphere.

📍 Location: Moriarty, NM, Onsite.

Role:

• Assemble and maintain advanced propulsion systems.
• Fabricate and install wiring harnesses and mechanical sub-systems from schematics and technical drawings.
• Conduct system integration into aerospace frames and support critical ground/flight tests.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot components, and document your work meticulously.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements based on test feedback.
• Follow best practices for hazardous material handling and aerospace safety protocols.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years experience with propulsion systems, fluid systems, or mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in mechanical tools, testing equipment, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong hands-on skills in fabrication, wire harness building, and composite work.
• A safety-first mindset and solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel for operations and testing.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in aerospace, UAVs, or high-altitude platforms
• Knowledge of high-pressure systems, CAD, or FAA A&P certification
• Familiarity with composites or test ops/data acquisition tools
