About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-related projects with a focus on office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, security, networking, and cabling. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that ensure smooth transitions and robust IT environments for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT projects covering office moves, network infrastructure, cabling, security systems, and hardware deployments.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee network installations, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems.
Ensure appropriate security measures (firewalls, endpoint security, access control) are implemented during transitions.
Coordinate with facilities teams on structured cabling, server room/datacentre setups, and IT fit-outs.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven track record as an IT Project Manager with experience in office relocations, infrastructure, and networking projects.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), structured cabling, and security systems.
Familiarity with server infrastructure, cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.), and end-user device rollouts.
Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, End User IT.
Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, information security principles, and business continuity planning.
Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
