This position is primarily responsible for assisting the assigned attorney and the team with proper and timely review and e-filing of pleadings comprising court schedules, collecting accurate data to maintain complete client records, assisting with client communication, preparing cases for various court actions, and handling administrative duties.
Immigration Case Manager Job Responsibilities:
· Open and manage immigration case files in the case management system
· Collect and organize client documents
· Communicate with clients to gather missing information and provide case updates
· Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of immigration applications and petitions
· Prepare and submit basic immigration forms under attorney supervision
· Follow up with clients, government agencies, and other parties as needed
· Maintain accurate case notes and update internal systems regularly
· Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative support
· Coordinate client appointments and reminders
· Ensure all cases meet internal quality and compliance standards
· Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 2+ years of experience as an immigration case manager or similar legal role
· Fluent in Spanish (required)
· Knowledge of non-immigrant visa processes
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ethical
· Tech-savvy and eager to learn
· A team player with positive energy and strong follow-up skills
