Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support training and development efforts in collaboration with leadership.
  • Provide data and reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internships count).
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or previous experience in an HR role is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
