HSE Clerk

Now Hiring: HSE Clerk | Cypress, TX | $22?$26/hr
Industry: Oil & Gas Manufacturing | Position Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in health, safety, and environmental documentation? We?re looking for an organized and proactive HSE Clerk to support our safety and quality teams at a leading Oil & Gas Manufacturing company in Cypress, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update HSE documentation and records in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Manage training records and certifications for all employees
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ISNetworld
Support Quality Administration by tracking reports, audits, and internal compliance documents
Assist with HSE audits, meetings, and administrative needs
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding safety and training records

What We?re Looking For:

Previous experience working with ISNetworld (required)
Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and compliance standards
Familiarity with training records, safety data, and quality systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably Oil & Gas
Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook)
