About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of Operations to help us scale our business with structure, precision, and heart. You’ll work closely with leadership to build systems, improve internal processes, and align departments for seamless execution. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love building order from chaos, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive operational excellence across the company — ensuring departments work in sync and at scale.
• Own company-wide processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
• Build dashboards, define KPIs, and create reporting cadences across functional areas.
• Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Customer Success, RCM, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure goals are aligned and blockers are addressed.
• Lead special cross-functional initiatives, from onboarding optimizations to system migrations.
• Identify areas where automation or new tooling can increase team performance.
• Support strategic planning and resourcing, helping leadership make data-informed decisions.
• Build and manage a small operations team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in operations at a SaaS or tech-enabled company.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience building internal processes and scaling systems for a growing business.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Comfortable with tools like Zoho Suite, Confluence and project management software.
• Proven ability to drive clarity, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare or ABA space is a major plus.
