We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Field Operations Specialist to join our team. The Machine Inspector will be responsible for examining, testing, and evaluating machines and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. This role is critical in preventing machine issues, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify defects or safety concerns.
• Perform diagnostic tests and use precision measuring instruments to assess machine performance.
• Document inspection results and keep detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and compliance checklists.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and informing management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
• Proven experience in machine inspection, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines.
• Proficiency with tools and measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift 80lbs and work in a warehouse envirnoment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Work Environment

• Industrial/warehouse setting with exposure to forklift and truck noise and varying temperatures.
