Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and collaborating with other EAs across the firm
  • Executing special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5–7 years of executive or administrative assistant experience in financial services or a similarly fast-paced, professional environment
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Concur experience is a strong plus
  • Experience coordinating complex travel and managing multiple executive calendars
  • Prior exposure to visa application processes is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude, excited to contribute to building a new firm
