An exciting and highly respected hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its dynamic founder. This role requires sharp judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-moving schedule with precision and discretion.
Responsibilities include complex calendaring, meeting prep and logistics, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing expense reports, organizing events and conferences, and handling high-level internal and external communications. You’ll also take on special projects as needed in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The ideal candidate has a college degree, 2–4 years of experience supporting senior executives, exceptional communication and writing skills, and a background in finance is a strong plus.
Location : Mid-Peninsula
