Job Description

Role – Executive Administrative Assistant

Location - Cincinnati, OH

Work Mode - Onsite

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour (W2)

Summary :

Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Kroger customer team and its senior leadership at our Cincinnati, OH office. This individual will work closely with the Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support, manage office operations, and ensure the smooth execution of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate conference calls for Vice Presidents and senior leaders.
  • Organize logistics for customer meetings, onsite events, and external engagements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports (T&E) using Concur and manage P-card transactions.
  • Maintain digital and physical file organization systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support IT needs during meetings (Teams, Zoom), including basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and replenish office, pantry, and restroom supplies; manage vendor services and maintenance.
  • Assist with mail handling (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and work order requests.
  • Act as liaison with contractors and facility vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (charts, visuals, presentations).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Experience working independently with high attention to detail and discretion.
  • Must be flexible to adjust schedule when needed (early mornings, late evenings).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Concur, and modern office technology a plus.
