• Own and implement a comprehensive plant safety strategy
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee injury/leave case management
• Drive associate engagement through training, recognition, and coaching
• Share best practices and insights across the safety community and plant network
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and implement solutions
• Collaborate with Plant Director, HR, and cross-functional teams on all safety-related matters
• Build and retain high-performing teams
• Manage safety budgets and lead with financial responsibility
Qualifications
• 3+ years in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Operations, or related field (preferred)
• Proven leadership and influence across diverse teams
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, machine guarding, and regulatory safety standards
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and servant leadership style
• Experience managing audits, regulatory visits, and safety program rollouts
• Ability to work flexible shifts and lead cross-functional projects
