• Lead end-to-end implementation of digital marketing campaigns across all channels (paid search, social media, email, content, SEO, etc.)
• Execute high-impact digital strategies with exceptional attention to detail and creativity
• Personally manage paid media campaigns with advanced targeting and optimization techniques
• Craft compelling digital content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows and personalization strategies
• Conduct in-depth analytics and testing to continuously improve performance
• Manage digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovations and apply them to our campaigns

• 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrated exceptional execution
• Proven track record of personally implementing successful digital campaigns that drove measurable business results
• Advanced expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
• Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
• Strong creative and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

• Geo-modified searches are common in our industry. How would you target geo-modified searches that lack sufficient volume to target directly in Adwords?
• Conversion tracking is inherently complex for our business. We are marketing to several different groups (caretakers, advisors, and homeowners) with different definitions of conversion and very different LTCV, yet lower-value groups (like caretakers) frequently click ads targeting higher LTCV groups (like homeowners). True conversion for a homeowner can take months: the first “conversion” might be a Calendly meeting, but our goal is a live vacation rental, managed through Fairly. How would you optimize our digital marketing to address this complexity?
