Job Title: Diesel Technician

We’re hiring a Diesel Technician for a growing firm based in Jackson, WI. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in diesel engine repair, heavy equipment maintenance, and mechanical diagnostics.

You’ll join a hardworking, safety-focused team dedicated to keeping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and maintaining high-performance machinery, we’d love to connect.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics
• High school diploma or GED (technical certifications a plus)
• Skilled in troubleshooting brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and transmission systems
• Familiar with diagnostics tools, welding, fabrication, and small engine repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Able to lift/move equipment and work in active, hands-on environments
• Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair diesel engines, vehicles, and heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical system issues
• Perform inspections and document service activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment safety and performance
• Support welding, fabrication, and occasional emergency repairs
