WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Position Summary:

The Cybersecurity consultant actively works with the lines of business to ensure that IAM and PAM controls and technology development are performed in accordance with organizations standards and applicable laws. S/he establishes security monitoring process for Santander Private Banking systems in order to detect malicious activity and respond in an effective way and maintains Santander Private Banking compliance to all applicable regulations and manages the Internal Defines and generates KRIs and Dashboards to measure risks.

The Cybersecurity consultant reports to the Global CISO.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

• Embrace, Promote, and Enforce the principle of least privileged access for the organization.

• Review access to ensure security policies are enforced and ensures that leaders review of access are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with our governance requirements.

• Participates in the development and support of security policies, standards, and other documentation related to access provisioning and access reviews.

• Collaborates and supports internal controls team to ensure correct data is provided and processes support regulatory requirements.

• Design and support IAM processes while supporting an automation-first mentality.

• Responds to alerts related to inappropriate access.

• Provides communication and training to high-risk end users.

• Production Support - administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing, and providing advanced customer support for the existing multi-level security infrastructure.

• Consultation - Collaboration with technical and business teams to establish secure, efficient processes for access requests.

• Partners with examiners and auditors on technology examinations gathering information and responding to findings.

• Works with Santander Privacy Officer to fulfill the information technology

requirements of the GLB Act and various state privacy laws.

• Recruits, trains, develops, motivates, sets goals, and provides on-going feedback to team.

Specialized Knowledge

• Experience with coding Identity Management solutions using Java

• Experience with SailPoint/IdentityIQ or other IAM tool

• Experience with CyberArk or other PAM tool

• Experience in Linux and Oracle DB, including SQL databases

• Support and operations of custom workflows, connectors to LDAP, RACF and custom connectors

• Experience with audit, regulatory engagements and Access and Governance Controls, including general familiarity with common security (IAM and PAM) guidelines

• Experience with executing, launching access reviews and certifications

• Ability to drive execution of aggressive goals through effective planning, prioritization, resource management and follow through

• Ability to foresee industry trends, maintain and implement best practices within field

• Demonstrated ability to frame security and risk-related concepts to both

technical and nontechnical audiences

• Demonstrated experience with information security frameworks, Demonstrated understanding of technological trends and developments in the areas of information security, risk management, web architectures, and cloud computing

• Advanced knowledge of network protocols and operating systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Business Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different level/market across the organization
• Sound problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and modeling skills
• Problem solving approach oriented and customer focused
• Very good technical skills and managerial skills
• Teamwork and team spirit focused including flexibility, experience in people management

Licenses / Certifications : Security+, CISSP, CISM, GIAC, SSCP preferred

Languages: Spanish, English
