JOB SUMMARY:
The superintendent implements all field activities for self-performed work, subcontractor work, and field logistical items by coordinating and managing Reaume Richardson field staff and project subcontractors from project initiation through completion. This role acts as a leader in the field, responsible and accountable for the quality, safety, and schedule of the construction site. The Superintendent must professionally represent Reaume Richardson field operations as the primary interface with the owner and design team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requirements
Minimum of five years of jobsite management experience
Experience working in occupied building and during night hours
Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate constructability issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules
General understanding and experience with construction trades
Preferences
Safety Trained Supervisor Certification
Carpenters Superintendent-in-Training Certification
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project and Bluebeam
