About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage ground-up construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project Superintendent experience with a focus on commercial construction.
  • Expertise: A well-rounded knowledge of all construction disciplines, including site development, structural, and finishes.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
