What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Research - Clinic Manager , you will be responsible for the overall success of a clinical research site, ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to the site’s performance and the advancement of clinical research.
✔ Leading and mentoring a team of investigators, coordinators, lab staff, and research assistants.
✔ Overseeing study execution to ensure protocol adherence and compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
✔ Driving subject recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet study targets.
✔ Managing site financials, optimizing budget performance, and maximizing operational efficiency.
✔ Serving as the primary liaison with sponsors, CROs, and regulatory bodies.
✔ Ensuring accuracy in data collection, investigational product accountability, and adverse event reporting.
✔ Cultivating a high-performance culture through training, development, and strategic leadership.
What You Bring to the Team:
✔ 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in clinical research (highly preferred).
✔ Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
✔ Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, FDA regulations, and GCP guidelines.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
✔ Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
✔ A passion for innovation and making a meaningful impact in clinical research.
