We’re looking for a highly organized and people-savvy Engagement Manager to support our team and client in Albany, NY Area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the glue that holds people and projects together.
What You’ll Do:
As the on-site point of contact, you’ll serve as the liaison between Oxford’s consultants, our internal teams, and client stakeholders. You’ll oversee project coordination, onboarding/offboarding, team support, and help identify opportunities to strengthen our partnership with the client.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong interpersonal & communication skills – You’re a natural connector, listener, and problem solver who can build relationships across teams and resolve issues quickly.
✅ Project coordination & organization – You’re confident managing multiple moving parts, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on track.
✅ Biotech/Pharma industry experience – You understand regulatory and quality-focused environments and are comfortable navigating QMS, validation, and documentation processes.
✅ Proactive problem-solving – You can identify risks before they become issues, escalate when needed, and maintain a solutions-first mindset.
✅ Team-first approach – You support, guide, and advocate for Oxford consultants while also aligning with client expectations and program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead onboarding and offboarding of consultants (badging, system access, training, etc.)
🔹 Track project timelines, deliverables, and risk points
🔹 Run status meetings and support business reviews with the client
🔹 Be the go-to for consultant questions or concerns
🔹 Keep Oxford leadership in the loop on site activity, opportunities, and challenges
