Job Title: Inventory & Order Fulfillment Specialist – Cannabis Grow & Processing

Location: Kalkaska, MI ** This position is in Kalkaska, MI with relocation assistance provided**

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000/year

Over the last 9 months, we’ve expanded our SKUs and now deliver to 30–40 retail stores each week — more than ever before. The Role

This position wears a lot of hats, but your main mission is getting compliant, accurate, and on-time orders out the door every single day . You’ll own inventory control, METRC management, packaging compliance, order administration, and transport scheduling in a grow/processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory control within METRC (experience required)
• Package products in compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations
• Finalize and fulfill daily orders with precision and urgency
• Coordinate and set up transport to retail partners
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation and product labeling
• Support operations across departments as needed — wearing multiple hats in a grow/processing environment
• Proactively identify and solve problems before they become issues

What We’re Looking For

• Cannabis Experience is Required
• METRC experience is an absolute must
• Proven track record in cannabis inventory, packaging, or order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High energy, tough-minded, and reliable — no quit in your DNA
• Willingness to work 45–50 hours/week (Mon–Thu, 6:00–4:00 or 6:30–4:30)
• Ability to relocate to Kalkaska, MI (Relocation assistance & housing available)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $75,000/year
• Hours: 45–50 hours/week, Mon–Thu schedule
• Health Benefits: 75% covered
• Retirement: Offered after 1-year vesting
• Vacation: Prorated 2 weeks after 90-day probation
• Relocation: Assistance available; 2-bed/2-bath duplex available 12 min from facility at competitive rent
