Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a vibrant, dynamic and an out of the box performer to join our Rocktree team as a; Analyst, Corporate Finance and M&A to be based in Stamford, CT, USA.

Your contributions to our joint success

  • Collecting and interpreting financial and operating information – both internally (company- / project-level) and externally (target companies, competitors, etc.)
  • Financial modeling
  • Presenting analysis and findings to team members
  • Drafting presentations and materials for key stakeholders, including board members, current / potential investors and senior leadership
  • Supporting priority growth initiatives, including M&A transactions and financing activities, from end-to-end
  • Work effectively across the organization to develop a thesis on the best solution for Rocktree and gain cross-functional buy in to motivate action

  • Experience in company- and project-level valuation, including ability to identify peer / project comparables, market sizing, business case analysis, risk analysis, etc.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely – ability to summarize conclusions and complex topics for a diverse audience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, along with ability to take initiative and prioritize competing deadlines
  • 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or similar industries
  • A bachelor's degree (Business or Finance preferred but not required)
