Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer with a strong interior design sensibility to produce hyper-realistic renderings for brochures, web marketing, and immersive environments. You’ll own the 3D design process from concept through delivery, working closely with our internal design lead and marketing team to create stunning visual assets that showcase commercial interior products and spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a keen design eye with deep technical mastery in rendering tools and workflows, and thrives in a collaborative, tight-knit creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate design briefs into realistic 3D renderings used across brochures, web, and VR platforms
• Own the entire 3D pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering , and post-production
• Collaborate with internal leads to align visuals with brand and project goals
• Work independently with minimal meetings—focused on producing high-quality output on time
• Create reference images and concept visuals for client approval
• Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly—2-day turnaround typical for rendering projects
• Apply lighting and composition techniques to enhance realism
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, occasionally interfacing with external vendors during high-volume periods

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline
• 5+ years of experience in professional architectural/interior 3D rendering
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max with strong expertise in V-Ray and/or Corona render engines
• Highly skilled in texturing, lighting, and post-production (Photoshop required)
• Strong eye for interior design aesthetics and layout in commercial spaces
• Ability to produce hyper-realistic, polished renderings (no cartoon-style work)
• Fluent in English (you may collaborate with offshore vendors)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines (2-day rendering turnaround)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Interest or experience in AI tools (text-to-image generation, automation)
• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Revit
• Familiarity with VR environments or eagerness to explore immersive design workflows
• Exposure to Blender with a strong portfolio in commercial interiors
